BIOGRAPHY
Lisa is an ex professional ultra endurance athlete turned health optimisation, longevity, anti-aging and high performance expert.
She is the author of 5 books.
Lisa was catapulted from the world of sport into the world of health through a family medical crisis when her mum suffered a massive aneurysm and was left with major brain damage and she was told she would never have any quality of life again.
But Lisa refused to believe it and dove deep into the research and spent the next years rehabilitating her back from being like a baby with hardly any function to having her full independence, even her drivers licence, walking up to 5 kms a day and going to the gym 5 days a week.
Lisa wrote a book called "Relentless" about that journey before Isobel was hit with a terminal cancer diagnosis 30 months ago and given just weeks to live.
Again not willing to give up Lisa dived back into the research research and pulled together a comprehensive protocol using everything from the science around the metabolic approach to cancer to peptides, to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a strict keto diet and much more.
Her Mum is now cancer free and back to near full health at age 82 and Lisa has since released a book on the metabolic approach to cancer and it's adjunct therapies based on interviews with 21 of the world's leading experts, doctors and scientists in this arena called "What your oncologist isn't telling you"
Lisa also runs a globally top 200 ranked podcast in the health, longevity and medicine space that has been going for over 8 years and 300+ episodes where she interviews world leading doctors and scientists on the cutting edge of research. She is a internationally renown motivational speaker who has worked with the military to universities, to corporates to primary industries.
She also runs a hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinic and a biotech company Aevum Labs formulating longevity supplements and is a concierge personal health consultant.
