Lisa Tamati

Lisa is a Professional Ultra Endurance athlete with 25 years experience running the toughest endurance events in the world. She has over 140 ultra marathons to her name, national titles a number of podium places in international races, has participated in many expeditions and regularly pushes the limits of human endurance. She is the author of two international best selling running books and her third is coming out soon. She is a sought after international motivational speaker, run coach and mindset expert and Lisa knows what it takes to get you to your goals. She is a master at motivating and inspiring people to believe and always pulls out the best in her athletes and clients.

Neil Wagstaff

Neil is an Exercise Scientist with over 23 years experience in the health and fitness industry, he has worked in many settings from gyms to clinical setting to sports teams and has coached hundreds of athletes. 

He is also an ultra marathon runner and has extensive experience both as an athlete and as a run coach. 

He is a epigenetics testing specialist and kaizen Health practitioner and always stays at the cutting edge of the health and fitness industry's developments.

He is also the owner of Peak Health and Fitness Gym in Havelock North and is Dad to three little angels. He is passionate about helping his athletes and clients be the best they can be  as runners but also as healthy individuals and uses a range of programs and tools to maximise and personalise the results he consistently gets.
