EP 4 : Christopher Evans of The Wounded Pelicans

Christopher (Tofe) Evans Is A 25 Year Old Endurance Athlete From Australia

Christopher (Tofe) Evans is a 25 year old endurance athlete from Australia and he is one half of a crazy duo (the other Anthony Sedman) who are known as the Wounded Pelicans. These two crazy young people set it in their minds last year to run 40 major endurance events for Charity. They did that and have now set their sights even higher this year with bigger, even scarier challenges.

In this interview I find out what drives Christopher to be an endurance athlete, who his roles models are, how he gets through the toughest of times and his attitude to being a seeker of wisdom and personal development. He is a remarkably focused young man who is just your average athlete but who is doing anything but average events. His drive, passion and youthful enthusiasm is refreshing and eye opening.

The discipline he brings to the projects astounding. To find out more about this very cool endurance athlete duo, check out their website www.thewoundedpelicans.com

Motivational and Inspirational ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I am getting my mojo back with regards to my health and running after treatment for breast cancer, I connected with Lisa as I was looking for positive influences from people who are long distance runners and understand our mindset. Lisa’s podcasts have been a key factor in getting me out of a negative space where I allowed others limiting beliefs to stop me from following my heart and what I believe is right for me. After 18 months of being in cancer recovery mode I wanted to get out of the cancer mindset and back to achieving goals that had been put aside. Listening to Pushing The Limits has put me onto other great podcasts, and in the process I have learnt so much and am on a pathway to a much better place with my mindset and health. Thanks so much Lisa for doing what you do and always being you.
