The old traditional high mileage models, doing predominantly long slow training sessions work to a point but often lead to a high incidence of injury, in fact over 90% of all marathon runners are injured every year according to studies. I am getting my mojo back with regards to my health and running after treatment for breast cancer, I connected with Lisa as I was looking for positive influences from people who are long distance runners and understand our mindset.
